On May 17, 2023, twenty students from the Secondary Medical School in Gračanica, accompanied by two teachers, visited the Production Sector in Pančevo.

During their visit, they toured the production facilities within the pharmaceutical production: the Department for Primary Herb Processing, the Department for Tea Production and Packaging, the Department for Extraction and Distillation, and the Department for Phytopreparations Production, as well as the corresponding warehouses for materials and finished products.

As chamomile harvesting was in progress at the time, in addition to collecting fresh herbal raw materials, they also had the opportunity to observe the drying process in both floor-type and tunnel-type dryers as part of the agronomic production. The Medicinal Plant Collection particularly captured their interest, as they either refreshed their knowledge of learned species or encountered lesser-known species for the first time.
