The equipment listed in points 1 to 9 is sold as seen, without the right to a subsequent complaint, and the inspection of the condition of the equipment can be done every working day on site at the address of the Production Sector, Bavaništanski put 305, in Pančevo, with prior notice by phone at 064 8674852 Sreta Brkić, or at the email address: sbrkic@mocbilja.rs
Advantage will be given to the bidder who offers the highest price for the equipment that is the subject of purchase and sale.
The selected buyer is obliged to take over the equipment within 7 (seven) days at the latest from the day of the end of the procedure and payment of the purchase price.
Deadline for payment: 2/days/ from the day of notification by the Institute about the selection of the most favorable bidder.
Tax costs and other costs related to the procurement of equipment from this public call are borne by the buyer.

The Institute for Medicinal Plants Research "Dr. Josif Pančić" reserves the right not to accept any of the submitted offers.
All legal and natural persons have the right to participate through the collection of written offers without making a deposit.
Sealed written offers are submitted to the Commission for the implementation of the sales procedure in a sealed envelope marked "Offer for the purchase of equipment - do not open" by mail to the address Tadeusa Košćuška 1, 11000, Belgrade or directly at the premises of the Production Sector in Pancevo, Bavaništanski put 305. The deadline for submitting offers is two weeks from the date of publication of the advertisement.
The offer must contain the serial number of the equipment from this call, the name of the equipment, the number of pieces, the price per piece offered by the bidder, information about the bidder.
