Preparations based on bee products

Honey, as a natural bee product containing a high concentration of inverted sugar, protein, and mineral substances, enzymes, vitamins, essential oils, and low water content, demonstrates many beneficial effects on the respiratory and digestive systems. Its low moisture content and high inverted sugar concentration contribute to the stability of honey, along with its significant bactericidal and fungicidal properties.

Propolis, produced from the resinous materials collected from plants, is used by bees as an antiseptic to protect the hive from microbiological contamination. Its beneficial effects on strengthening immunity and recovery from infectious diseases have been documented in numerous scientific studies.

Honey and propolis, in association with herbal extracts, act as support for maintaining health and harmonizing various physiological processes. The products from this range were developed as a result of internal projects by the Institute's expert teams:

- Melofer – a preparation for improving blood count

- Medisan – beneficial for the respiratory system

- Propolis drops – for strengthening the immune system in adults

- Propolis drops for children – for strengthening the immune system in children

- Propoherb G spray – for local application on the throat mucosa

- Propoherb N spray – for local application on the nasal mucosa

- Propoherb HS balm – for local application for herpes treatment

The production of preparations based on bee products complies with the requirements of the HACCP system. As with other Institute products, before being released to the market, each batch undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure microbiological and health safety, as well as compliance with product specifications in accordance with legal regulations.
