Dr. Nada Ćujić Nikolić participated in the 7th International Food Safety Congress in Istanbul, Turkey, from November 2-5, 2022. The conference was organized by the ISEKI Food Association in collaboration with the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). Dr. Nada Ćujić Nikolić presented a poster titled "Successful preservation of Helichrysum plicatum L. flowers extract using novel carriers by spray drying method."
